These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you”) and KNIPS, registration number 40203455100, Balvu nov., Balvu pag., Naudaskalns, "Staburags", LV-4561, Latvia (“we,” “us” or “our”) concerning your access to and use of the www.knipsgame.com website as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto (collectively, the “Site”)..

We offer this website, including all information and services to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated on the website. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our "Service" and you agree to be bound be our terms and conditions.

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors. Prices

On the website www.knipsgame.com all prices are indicated in euros (EUR). All prices on the Website are indicated with VAT tax in the amount of 21%. Depending on the delivery address, your order may be subject to an additional shipping fee, which will be clearly indicated before the payment is confirmed and included in the total order price.

Delivery

The exact delivery costs will be calculated in the shopping cart based on the selected delivery method, delivery address and order volume. Delivery is provided by DHL or DPD courier service, parcel service or delivery by courier to a specified address. If your country is not listed, please contact us and we will provide full shipping cost details. Delivery time for orders in EU countries will ship normally in 3-7 working days. Deliveries outside Europe will take 5 to 14 working days. You will receive a notification when your item has shipped.

Right to return the purchase

Order cancellation

You can use the right of withdrawal and return the product within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase. To avoid misunderstandings, when receiving the product, make sure that it fully corresponds to the ordered.

Order cancellation must be written, with order references (order no., Buyer's name, surname, order content, purchase receipt), by sending a request to e-mail [email protected].

In accordance with Latvian legislation, we guarantee to refund the money paid for the purchase within 30 working days after receiving the order cancellation.

If you want to use your right of withdrawal, please consider the following suggestions:

·        check, and suggested not to use the product if you have discovered any irregularities

·        store and do not damage the original packaging and equipment of the product.

·        please, inform us about the detected defect or imperfections as soon as possible.

Product return and refund policy

We provide full refund of the value of orders placed online under the following conditions:

·        The goods must be returned within 14 days in the condition in which they were delivered.

·        We offer the opportunity to exchange the purchased product within 28 days.

·        Purchase returned within 14 days, refunded within 30 days.

·        Refunds on purchases returned within 14 days will be denied and the goods will be returned. Unless the product is damaged and there is a desire to exchange it for a new product at the value of the returned product.

·        The full price of the returned product is refunded, excluding delivery costs.

The consumer rights specified in the Legislation of the Republic of Latvia remain unlimited.

We also suggest you to contact us in situations where defects or imperfections are found in the product, which indicates a manufacturing defect. In such situations, it is possible to exchange the product and return the money.

Dispute resolution procedure

If a dispute arises in connection with this Website, all rights and obligations provided for in these Terms and Conditions, as well as all activities within them shall be regulated by the laws of the Republic of Latvia to the extent that these Terms and Conditions are fully concluded and fully performed in Latvia.

Disputes arising in connection with the performance of this distance contract shall be settled by negotiations between the Parties. If the dispute cannot be settled through negotiations, it is submitted to the Baltic Regional Arbitration Court, in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Latvia and the rules of this Arbitration Court, in Latvian, in written proceedings on the basis of submitted documents, one arbitrator in court.
